About This Role

This position focuses on Key Accounts Strategy Development and implementation. You will be responsible for supporting the development of key account strategies, implementing them in the USL market, and delivering sales targets.

Key Account Support

You will support national and regional key accounts by recommending terms of trade and contracts, managing trade spending and sales forecast, and performing promotional planning and business review.

Program Management

You will prepare annual/quarterly activity calendars for key account programs, support new product launches, and collaborate with brand teams to generate trials for brands.

Training and Development

You will prepare training calendars for key account personnel, covering topics such as brand trainings, perfect serve communication, and bar academy.

You will work with internal partners to implement sales, merchandising, and promotional strategies to accomplish business goals and achieve sales targets.

Vendor Management

You will manage vendor relationships, selecting and evaluating vendors, and manage inter-functional processes for seamless execution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA with Marketing Specialization
  • 2-4 years' experience in Customer Marketing/Key Accounts
  • Negotiating & Influencing skills

  • Business Analysis, Presentation Skills
  • Customer, Consumer and Category Insight
  • Commercial Orientation
