Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues reported by users via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshooting is a crucial aspect of this role, where you will diagnose hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring timely resolution.
You will also be responsible for logging, tracking, and managing incidents and service requests using ticketing systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
User Guidance is another key responsibility, where you will offer guidance to users on using software applications, systems, and IT policies.
Maintenance and Upgrades involve performing routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, installations, and configurations.
Effective Communication is essential in this role, where you will communicate technical information and updates effectively to users, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Continuous Improvement involves contributing ideas for improving processes, systems, or user experiences within the service desk.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
