Growth Strategist

We're seeking an experienced Growth Manager to drive growth and performance of our financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and driving the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Developing and executing strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Driving initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
  • Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Partnering with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
  • Leading business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensuring targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  • Driving key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Designing and implementing growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  • Optimizing growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  • Conducting A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
