The role of Business Head for Technical Textiles is a strategic position that involves leading growth in multiple verticals with full financial ownership, supplier management, and business development across domestic and international markets.

This key leadership position requires driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and expanding geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, sales, margins, and collections ownership.

Strengthening supplier and dealer networks in India and overseas and collaborating with Product Development (PD) and Research & Development (R&D) teams to foster innovation are critical components of this role.

  • 10–25 years of experience in trading/manufacturing setups
  • Strong sales and business development track record
  • Deep technical and product knowledge in textiles
  • Robust supplier network (domestic and global)
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams
