Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially-savvy professional to develop and execute integrated branded-content and sponsorship solutions for B2B clients.

This role involves originating, qualifying, and converting business opportunities across various channels. The ideal candidate will design innovative marketing packages combining editorial, digital amplification, and on-ground activation.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing relevant proposals, leading negotiations, and closing deals. Collaboration with creative teams to create impactful plans is also essential.

Maintaining market awareness and contributing to product evolution are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and qualify business opportunities across branded content, sponsored editorial, whitepapers, and live activations.
  • Design integrated marketing packages combining editorial, digital amplification, and on-ground activation.
  • Prepare proposals and lead negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create impactful plans.
  • Own client relationships from briefs to solution structuring.
  • Maintain market awareness and contribute to product evolution.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of corporate sales experience in B2B events/sponsorships or B2B media/branded content.
  • Demonstrable track record of closing revenue-generating deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft concise proposals and presentations.
  • High curiosity, coachability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders under deadlines.
