
Drive Brand Growth as a Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Diversifying revenue streams through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities by targeting high-value clients across sectors like BFSI, real estate, technology, and consumer.
- Crafting compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes and anchoring pitches and proposals with our strategy and creative teams.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills, ability to drive growth, and excellent communication and CXO engagement skills.
- Capacity to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.
- Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for innovation.
- A robust professional network in marketing and brand circles will be an asset.
Success Metrics:
- Developing a target list of 50 to 100 prospects within the first ninety days.
- Setting up discovery conversations, sharpening the pitch with leadership, and converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects.
