We are seeking a visionary business leader to spearhead strategic development and execution for our online luxury website. As the Business Manager, you will shape our business strategy across channels, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement to elevate our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development, monitoring key performance metrics to measure initiative effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies and plans for business expansion and future development.
  • Guide product and price mix creation with stakeholders.
  • Oversight of advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
  • Manage costs and overheads to ensure profitable business performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary.
  • Review overall performance on KPIs.
Partner Management

Liaise with over 500 brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.

Brand Positioning

Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.

Market Research

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.

People Skills and Leadership

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
