Job Title: Fashion Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fashion consultant to join our team. As a fashion consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored luxury shopping experiences.

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through effective customer interactions, sales, and after-sales support.

You will work closely with store managers and team members to maintain smooth store operations, visual merchandising standards, and exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of luxury retail etiquette, styling, and client servicing principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a tailored luxury shopping experience through expert styling and personalized advice on high-end fashion brands.
  • Oversee the entire client engagement process: greeting, consultation, relationship-building, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by driving revenue growth through effective customer interactions.
  • Manage store inventory accurately, ensuring seamless stock availability and optimal floor operations.
  • Collaborate with store managers and team members to maintain smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines to create an engaging in-store experience.
  • Establish a loyal client base by fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and industry insights to provide expert consultations.
Requirements
  • Fashion Consultant: 2-4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, styling, or consulting.
  • Senior Fashion Consultant: 4-7 years of experience in luxury fashion retail with a proven track record of delivering high-value sales results.
  • Proven ability to drive individual business performance exceeding ₹10 lakhs per month.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail etiquette, styling, and client servicing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in high-end designer fashion and ethnic wear.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage inventory and day-to-day store operations effectively.
