Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished project leader to drive our luxury residential initiatives forward.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all phases of high-end villa and bungalow projects, encompassing design, construction, and execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans ensuring exceptional quality, precision, and timely completion.
  • Personally monitor on-ground progress - conduct thorough inspections, ensure superior finishing standards, and resolve execution challenges.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without compromising on luxury standards.
  • Quality & Detailing:
  • Maintain an uncompromising focus on finishing and detailing, inspired by luxury experience rather than mass urban developments.
  • Ensure every element meets international luxury standards, from structure to interiors.
  • Build strong working relationships with external vendors - civil, interiors, architects, and consultants for seamless execution.
  • Team Leadership & Engagement:
  • Lead smaller yet intense teams, emphasizing quality over quantity of projects.
  • Provide mentorship, hands-on guidance, and ensure direct involvement in problem-solving.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence within the team.
  • Financial & Contractual Oversight:
  • Manage construction finance including billing, budgeting, value engineering, and contract management.
  • Navigate fragmented supply chains and work effectively with mid to low-grade contractors without compromising quality.
  • Proactively handle risks, cost escalations, and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategy and execution priorities.
  • Communicate transparently with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Take ownership of local issues and on-ground challenges—resolve problems rather than escalating or deferring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, hotels) preferred.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

Core Skills:

  • Strong planning and project management skills—both technical and managerial.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships with designers, consultants, and vendors.
  • Willingness to be on-site daily; not a typical office-only role.
