- Understand the end-to-end underwriting lifecycle processing to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage large teams to achieve Team Goals through process-related initiatives and effective leadership.
- Generate Process Improvement ideas to enhance business processes.
- Minimum Graduate degree required with relevant experience in P&C underwriting.
- 5-7 years P&C underwriting experience in London Market, specifically in Lloyd's Insurance.
