Customer Services Team Guide

About the Role
The Customer Services department at Etraveli Group aims to enhance the customer experience by implementing ongoing improvements and driving positive change. We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide and inspire our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, customer behavior, and colleague relationships.
- Evaluate team members' performance, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Discuss and set personal targets with each team member.
- Deliver training on the job and organize regular team meetings.
- Assess received feedback from clients and colleagues.
- Prepare reports and discuss performance with the Assistant Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in a contact center.
- Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
- Team player with strong leadership skills and problem-solving mindset.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to drive team performance.
- Experience with Windows, MS Office, and Google Applications.
