About the Role

The Customer Services department at Etraveli Group aims to enhance the customer experience by implementing ongoing improvements and driving positive change. We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide and inspire our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor team performance, customer behavior, and colleague relationships.
  • Evaluate team members' performance, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Discuss and set personal targets with each team member.
  • Deliver training on the job and organize regular team meetings.
  • Assess received feedback from clients and colleagues.
  • Prepare reports and discuss performance with the Assistant Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
  • Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in a contact center.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
  • Team player with strong leadership skills and problem-solving mindset.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to drive team performance.
  • Experience with Windows, MS Office, and Google Applications.
