We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Work Store Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team of customer service representatives and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and play a key role in maintaining and improving our customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
- Performance Management: Monitor and assess the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and setting performance goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that customer interactions meet established quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Career Development: Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
