Customer Service Team Lead

At Tesloye Consultancy services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of representatives, overseeing the customer service process, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Customer Service Process: Oversee the customer service process, ensuring that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers to ensure that our service meets their expectations and provide feedback to the team to improve performance.
- Staff Development: Plan and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex customer queries.
- Performance Management: Monitor the performance of individual representatives and the team, providing coaching and support to improve performance and achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to analyze complex customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints.
