**Job Description**
Rooter, a pioneering Live Streaming Platform and marketplace for digital gaming currencies, seeks an exceptional Performance Monetization Specialist to spearhead its Digital Ad Sales operations. Located in South (Bangalore), this key role demands innovative sales strategies and deep relationships with agencies and clients.
The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in Ad Sales, preferably Digital, showcasing a strong track record of client relations management, deal negotiation, and successful revenue growth. An MBA is considered a plus, and the ability to prospect, cold call, negotiate, and close deals is essential. Familiarity with online advertising trends and metrics is also required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth through performance marketing and brand-related monetization channels.
- Work closely with agency and brand stakeholders to ensure business opportunities for Rooter, focusing on opening new markets across India and selling ad inventories for the product.
- Pitch, close, and manage deals with major brand advertisers, creating content partnerships across gaming and esports companies.
- Build, manage, and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies, and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue monthly.
