Enterprise Business Sales

Job Summary:

5-11 years of experience in Enterprise Business Sales is required.

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Business Sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base within the Enterprise Business vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Sales Planning: Prepare and submit annual sales plans and budgets outlining strategic initiatives, geographic expansion, and projected revenues.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Design, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets as outlined in the approved plan.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure daily tracking and maintain compliance against sales plans, submitting regular reports to management in the approved format and periodicity.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct regular reviews of the Enterprise Business team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Training and Development: Conduct sales trainings for the Enterprise Business team, building b2b capabilities and enhancing sales skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with operations teams to streamline running processes, ensuring efficient activities, TAT, and feasibility checks.
  • Market Intelligence: Submit periodic market intelligence reports to group EB head on market trends, contemporary products, and competitor practices.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct periodic market assessments of customer satisfaction to identify areas of concern and develop strategies to address them and ensure customer retention.
  • Product Launch Feedback: Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches.
  • Administrative Control: Assume administrative control for the Enterprise Business Vertical, ensuring adherence to company policies and SLAs.
  • Implementation and Training: Implement approved sales promotions schemes across the Enterprise Business Vertical, educating and training the concerned team regarding department vision, processes, and policies.
  • Market Analysis and Solution Provision: Analyze market potential, build up a universe of b2b market databases, and funnel business across verticals, providing solutions as per customer requirements and marketing plans and campaigns for the Enterprise Business.
