This role is responsible for driving business growth through corporate training sales, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our footprint with enterprise clients across industries.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in selling custom training solutions in AI and advanced technology areas, along with a proven track record of engaging CXO-level stakeholders and closing large-scale enterprise deals.
- Leading the go-to-market strategy for custom AI and technical training solutions.
- Leveraging existing corporate relationships to accelerate business growth; actively developing new accounts and partnerships.
- Partnering with internal teams to design bespoke training programs that address client-specific needs.
- Driving end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years total experience, with at least 5 years in corporate training / enterprise sales.
- Proven expertise in selling custom training programs in AI, digital transformation, or technical domains.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong network of enterprise clients (existing rolodex of accounts in relevant industries).
- Ability to engage at CXO level and conduct consultative sales conversations.
