Job Title: Enterprise Storage Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning, implementation, and validation of enterprise-grade storage systems across diverse customer environments.
  • As an enterprise storage specialist, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and upgrading high-availability storage systems, as well as implementing NetApp ONTAP environments.
  • You will collaborate with teams to design tailored storage solutions, perform hardware installation, conduct site audits, and manage handover documentation.
  • Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create detailed network/storage diagrams, and follow best practices for LUN provisioning, snapshots, SnapMirror, and data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certification: NCIE – ONTAP SAN/NAS/Data Protection (required)
  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on NetApp installation experience
  • Strong Command of ONTAP CLI and System Manager
  • Solid Networking Knowledge (Ethernet, Fibre Channel, Cisco/Brocade)
  • Familiarity with Tools like Active IQ, AutoSupport, Unified Manager, Config Advisor
  • Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
  • Willingness to Travel to Customer Sites
