Job Title: Microsoft Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the design and implementation of Microsoft-based solutions for clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, existing systems, and infrastructure to develop comprehensive solution designs.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and project timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams throughout the implementation phase.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and client presentations.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience in designing complex forms and workflows using Power Platform.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online.
  • Experience in SharePoint Information Architecture.
  • Experience in designing complex SharePoint Permission Matrices.
  • Experience in integrating SharePoint with Power Platform.
  • Experience in creating custom portals using SharePoint Modern Sites.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate or MS Flow.
  • Experience in developing complex multilevel Approval workflows.
  • Experience in integrating Power Automate with REST APIs.
  • Understanding of moving flows from one tenant to another.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Experience in Canvas form development.
  • Experience in developing complex canvas forms with backend as SharePoint, Dataverse, and other SaaS applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Power BI.
  • Experience in creating dashboards.
  • Experience in fetching data with different data sources.
  • Experience in connecting on-premise data sources.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in requirement gathering.
  • Experience in showcasing demos to executives.
