Territory Manager Ostomy Care Job
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic leader to take on the role of Territory Manager Ostomy Care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and has a talent for building strategic relationships.
This individual will be responsible for achieving key accounts sales objectives through field-based selling activities, including products and Coloplast CARE promotion, building relationships with key opinion leaders such as surgeons and nurses, and other relevant Health Care Professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Long-term Relationships: Enhance Coloplast brand preference and increase business by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with KOLs.
- Execute Annual Business Plan Activities: Ensure execution of annual business plan activities such as product evaluation, CMEs, ISPs, RTMs, and Care Clinics to create loyalty towards Coloplast products.
- Win Contracts: Winning rate contract with all private public hospitals to achieve sales and NPE targets.
- Introduce Coloplast CARE: Introduce the KOLs, Nurses, and patients to Coloplast CARE to ensure new patient discharge on Coloplast products through Coloplast Care Nurses.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 Years Demonstrated Sales Experience: 5 years demonstrated successful sales experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical device field.
- Graduate in Science or Pharmacy Diploma Degree: Graduate in Science, Pharmacy diploma degree in sales or marketing management will be preferred.
- Strong Belief in Alignment with Company Mission, Vision, and Values: Strong belief in alignment with Coloplast Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Passionate and Curious Individual: Passionate to make a difference and curious to learn.
- Strong Ethical Mindset: Strong ethical mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Effective Time and Territory Management Skills: Demonstrate effective time and territory management skills, administrative capabilities.
