Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Team Leader based in Ludhiana. The Service Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the service team, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include supervising team activities, resolving customer issues, providing clear communication, and leading team initiatives to achieve performance goals.
