We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead (PHP & JavaScript) to join our

development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a

team of developers, setting technical direction, and ensuring the successful

delivery of high-quality web applications. This role requires strong expertise

in PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) and JavaScript frameworks ),

along with leadership skills to mentor and guide the team. The candidate

should have a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and

the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Job Role: Full-stack (Team Lead)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of PHP and JavaScript developers, providing

technical guidance and support.

Define coding standards, architecture practices, and best development

methodologies.

Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance web

applications using PHP and JavaScript.

Work with frameworks such as Laravel/CodeIgniter (PHP) and

(JavaScript).

Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams

to deliver projects on time.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure

alignment with overall architecture.

Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and manage resource allocation effectively.

Optimize application performance, database queries, and server-side

operations.

Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter).

Proficiency in JavaScript , , ES6+ concepts).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.

Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

query optimization.

Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3,

Bootstrap, jQuery).

Familiarity with cloud hosting services (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).

Expertise in Git and version control workflows.

Experience in leading teams and delivering multiple projects

successfully.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with or Angular.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Understanding of UI/UX best practices.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, Mocha).

Education Required

Graduate: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
