Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Team Leader located in Ludhiana. The Field Sales Team Leader will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, visiting clients, presenting Justdial services, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in achieving sales targets and incentive-driven goals
  • Market research and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the local search engine or digital marketing industry is beneficial
