Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM --- Job Description We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our wide range of interior & exterior products, building client relationships, and expanding market presence. No sales target pressure – focus on building customer relations and sales growth smoothly.
--- Key Responsibilities Visit clients and dealers to promote products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide product knowledge and support to clients. Expand market reach through field visits and networking.
--- Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (experience in building materials, interiors, or related field will be an added advantage). Education: 10+2 / Graduation / Post-Graduation. Skills: Strong communication & negotiation skills. Other: Must own a car for field visits. Benefits Salary: ₹25k–30k. Incentives on sales performance. No target-based pressure.
