We are expanding our sales team and looking for
highly motivated Telesales Executives
to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote
Internet, Mobile, and Home Security services
. - Answer inbound inquiries from interested clients and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and service offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Accurately update customer details in the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in
telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales
is an asset (training will be provided). - Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (French is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or dialer systems.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
