Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive business growth and revenue targets through effective team management, sales strategy, and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Exceed productivity measures for the unit by working closely with executives, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring they adhere to company rules and regulations.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective management and tracking of leads provided by the in-house telemarketing unit.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to provide quick response to customer queries, provide customer service, and assist in Direct customer service policyholder's complaint resolution.
  • Talent Development: Educate team/prospects about MNYL products vis--vis products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions.
Key Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Life Insurance.
