Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing an existing portfolio of clients, including the renewal and enhancement of limits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong and effective relationships with clients, promote trust, and ensure growth in the portfolio by way of enhancement and achieving business targets as defined in SOP.
  • Solution Provision: Understand client business models, target segments, cash flows, and structure Working Capital solutions to best suit customer needs.
  • Limit Renewal and Enhancement: Ensure timely renewal of limits and facilitate closure of all pending PDDs.
  • Customer Support: Track and liaise with customers for submission of any pending stock statements, stock insurance, and stock audit compliance.
  • Business Growth: Visit client locations at frequent intervals to stay connected and ensure growth and functionality of business models. Identify unusual transactions and push clients for optimum utilization.
  • Delinquency Control: Ensure minimum delinquency and work towards exit of clients identified in EWS.
  • Cross-Selling: Drive cross-selling products, including WC limits and book penetration in allocated sets of clients. Generate leads from existing customers and onboard new customers based on existing relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years experience in the local market, preferably with a background in Credit.
  • Sales Knowledge: Ability to get clients to buy into asset propositions - loan amount, rate, fees.
  • Communication Skills: Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills, Relationship Management Skill, Good influencing skills.
