Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager to support the growth of our financial product cross-sell vertical.

The role involves driving sales through various channels such as call center leads, open market activities, and digital funnels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets in a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales potential in assigned geographic areas to meet corporate objectives
  • Develop and maintain databases of key contact persons in designated territories
  • Build and sustain relationships with key client personnel
  • Grow cross-sales of products such as Merchant Loan, Personal Loan, GOLD SIP etc., along with upgrades for merchants
  • Possess a good understanding of lending products
  • Ability to train and develop allocated manpower
