Business Development Manager
Job Description:- Recruit and mentor sales professionals to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet unit productivity standards for premium per executive, case rate, persistency, retention and exceeding planned productivity targets.
- Exceed revenue goals through effective sales strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executives on fieldwork, observing and demonstrating successful selling techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with executives.
- Assist executives in utilizing the GOLD system to maximize business from target markets.
- Supervise daily activities of all executives to ensure desired levels are met.
- Ensure all supervised executives adhere to company rules and regulations regarding need-based selling, compliance, and customer service.
- Effectively manage and convert leads provided by the in-house telemarketing team.
- Engage with customers to provide prompt responses to queries, offer customer service.
- Support direct customer service in resolving policyholder complaints.
- Maintain retention of allocated book of relations.
- Educate teams and prospects about MNYL products compared to competitors' offerings.
