Job Title: Lead Technology Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical expertise in CMDB/ITOM and work closely with various teams within IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and execute configuration management changes, ensuring CMDB data integrity and robustness.
  • Work closely with the IT ServiceNow System Admin and all process owners within IT.
  • Contribute to stakeholder management, gathering, analyzing, and launching requirements related to ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB/Asset areas.
  • Collaborate with international, distributed, and multi-functional teams using an agile mindset and methodology.
  • Implement CI Data audits, manage CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB, and create CI Data Health reports.
  • Define, document, and implement CMDB governance processes and procedures, ensuring they are followed.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ITIL certified.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in an IT Industry, with 5 years of ServiceNow experience focused on IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, SAM (Software Asset Management), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Modules.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications).
  • Hands-on experience in CSDM model and lifecycle.
