Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst for Order Management

The ideal candidate will act as the link between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements.
  • Maintaining a backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors.
  • Ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and proposing alternatives when necessary.
  • Providing guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.
  • Staying updated on ServiceNow product evolutions and sharing insights with the team.
  • Organizing and supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT), including preparation of key test scenarios.
  • Driving and supporting functional workshops with end-users, ensuring critical topics are addressed.
  • Working with SMEs on mappings.
  • Experience with data activities, CMDB knowledge, and data migration from external tools into ServiceNow is also required.
  • Familiarity with CSM/OM data model and best practices for data usage, as well as knowledge of API Integration and ITIL processes, is also desired.
  • Agile/SCRUM methodologies experience is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills.
  • Domain knowledge, especially in Order Management and data model.
  • Expertise in data activities and CMDB.
  • Knowledge of API Integration and ITIL processes.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
