Job Title - ITSM ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced ITSM ServiceNow solution architect to design, develop, and implement best-in-class service management capabilities within our organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and tailor ServiceNow ITSM modules to optimize processes, ultimately improving service delivery and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Implementation: Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze information from ITSM tools and make sound recommendations for process improvements.

This role requires 6-12 years of experience in IT service management, with expertise in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript is also essential. Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-based platforms is a plus.
