Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role ensures alignment with enterprise architecture standards while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows.

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio is required. Excellent Communication Skills, Analytical Problem-Solving Mindset, Effective Collaboration Skills, and Proficient in Creating Architecture Diagrams and Technical Documentation are also necessary.

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • 6-8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
