About the Job

As a Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust contact center solutions that support scalable, resilient, and high-performing systems.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, designing architecture, and leading or participating in the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components. You will also integrate these systems with third-party applications such as CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording, analytics, and other enterprise solutions.

In addition, you will develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution. Your role will also involve providing tier-3 support for complex issues, investigating root causes, and resolving incidents involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.

You will monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows; proactively identify bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization. Furthermore, you will plan, test, and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations for UCCE and CVP platforms; ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Cisco UCCE-CVP certification
  • CCNP Collaboration or equivalent certifications
  • Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions (Webex Contact Center, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, etc.)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools (Ansible, Python, PowerShell)
