Job Title: Voice Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Voice Solutions Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves providing advanced support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and other voice platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting Experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  2. Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  3. MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  4. Clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, with awareness of ITIL processes.
  5. Understand Cisco Voice network deployment models and the functioning of voice network devices.
  6. Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools, with integration experience with other Tools.
  7. Clear understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
  8. Ready to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  9. Experience with Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  10. Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  11. Work and Coordinate with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems & OEMs for incident resolution.
  12. Performs advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities, encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, up gradation & site coordination.
  13. Act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations.
  14. Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  15. Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiate and implement processes improvements.
  16. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  17. UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork. Power point presentation/preparation and should be good in excel related Analytics.
