Job Title: Voice Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and administering secure, robust, stable, and redundant voice infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to propose the latest technologies and innovation in voice and video domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IP Telephony L1 & L2 tasks (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, Voice Gateways)
  • Have experience with Oracle SBC, Kurmi, Clobba (Codesoft)
  • Troubleshoot voice incidents and escalate to level 3
  • Manage AV tickets, troubleshoot, fix, and replace video conferencing units, projectors, and various AV equipment
  • Operate Crestron CP4 and other devices, Kramer, QSC Amplifier, Shure microphones
  • Provide BAU support operations in voice domain
  • Support AV/VC setup and coordinate with vendors for necessary support and resolution
  • Support other 3rd party applications like Digital Signage, Imagicle, Wallboard in voice domain
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for technical issues and establish recovery and prevention processes
  • Implement obsolesce management and follow necessary process to ensure strengthening of infrastructure
  • Conduct vulnerability management and find remediation
  • Interact with onshore teams, interface with vendors and partners for issue resolution
  • Assist Team Leads/Delivery Manager in maintaining SLA adherence
  • Propose solution alternatives and provide impact analysis for technical changes
  • Translate high-level objectives into low-level work modules and tasks
  • Perform requirements gathering and design
Contributing Responsibilities
  • Create SOPs, OPCs, and other business supporting documentation
  • Have knowledge of traffic analysis tools: Solarwinds, Netflow, Wireshark
