Job Title : Network Voice Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Voice Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our enterprise voice communication infrastructure. The role involves maintaining VoIP systems, troubleshooting connectivity, and ensuring high-quality, uninterrupted voice communication across the Responsibilities :- Administer and manage VoIP gateways (Audiocodes, Cisco) to ensure stability and uptime.

- Monitor and troubleshoot voice circuits to maintain seamless communication.

- Support and configure call recording and workforce management systems (e.g., Verint, NICE).

- Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) for call routing and communication control.

- Support Contact Center servers and Genesys Cloud solutions, optimizing system performance.

- Maintain IPC phone trading systems and Cisco Jabber for enterprise communication.

- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.

- Stay updated with emerging voice technologies and recommend adoption where :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Voice Engineer

- Strong knowledge of VoIP gateways, call routing, and CUCM administration

- Experience with Verint, NICE, Cisco Jabber, and Genesys Cloud

- Familiarity with voice recording systems and IPC phone systems

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift Skills :
