Enterprise Voice Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Voice Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our enterprise voice communication infrastructure.

The role involves maintaining VoIP systems, troubleshooting connectivity, and ensuring high-quality, uninterrupted voice communication across the organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Administering and managing VoIP gateways (Audiocodes, Cisco) to ensure stability and uptime.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting voice circuits to maintain seamless communication.
  • Supporting and configuring call recording and workforce management systems (e.g., Verint, NICE).
  • Managing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) for call routing and communication control.
  • Supporting Contact Center servers and Genesys Cloud solutions, optimizing system performance.
  • Maintaining IPC phone trading systems and Cisco Jabber for enterprise communication.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
  • Staying updated with emerging voice technologies and recommending adoption where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Enterprise Voice Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP gateways, call routing, and CUCM administration.
  • Experience with Verint, NICE, Cisco Jabber, and Genesys Cloud.
  • Familiarity with voice recording systems and IPC phone systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
