About the Role:

We're looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our growing Content Moderation & Fraud Analyst team in a Non-Voice capacity. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and taking action on content and user activity to ensure platform safety and compliance. Youll work behind the scenes to uphold community standards and prevent fraudulent activity, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines
  • Investigate and identify potentially fraudulent activity and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain platform integrity and compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of actions taken and findings
  • Work effectively across rotational 24/7 shifts to ensure constant coverage
