**Job Title:** Voice Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Voice Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality user experience with our Conversational AI platform.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with expertise in creating and executing test cases, tracking defects, and reporting status to various levels within an organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and Cognitive Solutions.

A strong understanding of Agile methodology, Defect Workflow, and Test Automation tools such as Hammer On Demand and Selenium WebDriver is also required.

The selected candidate will be accountable for initiatives of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility; handle multiple initiatives simultaneously; and provide feedback on and suggestions for improving QA Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to avoid leaked defects.
  • Ensure test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise all critical inter-system integration points.
  • Review and provide feedback on requirements, technical design, and specifications through User Story/Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Responsible for Test planning including Test Plans, Test Data Requirements, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Strategy, and Test Summary reports.
  • Conduct Manual and automated testing.

**Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in the software industry with Quality Assurance experience including creating test plans, test cases, tracking defects, reporting status to various levels in the organization.
  • Experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) NLP, Conversational AI, and Cognitive Solutions.
  • 2+ years experience with automated test tools including Hammer On Demand and/or Selenium WebDriver.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry.

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Text to Speech and Speech to Text technologies.
  • Familiarity with leveraging Postman or SOAP UI for API testing.
  • Experience working in SAFe/Agnile methodologies.
  • Understanding of Rally for project and test management.
