
Customer Experience Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and attendance.
- Analyze problems and provide solutions through logical reasoning.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Hindi, and with a neutral English accent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (chat, email, voice) is preferred.
- Effective probing skills and analytical understanding skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.
