Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer journey from initial contact to resolution of issues. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and proactive issue resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
