  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers have a smooth experience.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions using third-party tools.
  6. Problem-Solve: Use strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer concerns and find solutions efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the E-commerce sector.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
