Job Title: Strategic Voice Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and manage Cisco Webex platforms and Control Hub to ensure seamless communication.
  • Integrate Webex with enterprise systems, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot PSTN gateways on Control Hub to maintain optimal call quality.
  • Administer and provision user accounts, including license assignment and profile configuration.
  • Set up Single Sign-On for secure user authentication and efficient access management.
  • Manage locations within an organization, configure location-specific settings, and maintain PSTN gateways.
  • Troubleshoot call quality issues using Control Hub Analytics and Reporting tools.
  • Integrate hybrid services with on-premises infrastructure for a cohesive communication experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud telephony and its applications.
  • Effective communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
