Job Title: Telephony Systems Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to develop, deploy, and manage telephony systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing telephony solutions using high-tech methodologies.
  • Implementing contact center technologies including Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio, and Flex), BrightPattern, and WFM systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve overall system performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in applications development and telephony technologies.
  • Strong skills in Twilio Flex, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, and AI.
  • Secondary skills in Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, and CUCM.
