Job Title: UCCE Engineer

  • About the Role:

This role involves technical support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical expertise in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE and 3rd party call recording platforms is required.
  • Broad knowledge of Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP and CUIC systems, including troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MACD creation on Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • A comprehensive understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP, along with ITIL process knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices functionality.
  • Experience working with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, as well as integration experience with other tools.
  • Strong understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogue signalling.
  • Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Expertise in Cisco Voice platforms, including CUCM, UCCE, UCCH and CVP.

  • Requirements:
