At the core of our mission to conquer cancer with data, software plays a pivotal role.

We are building a unique software stack to manage an ecosystem of microservices, RESTful APIs, and data integrations with internal and external systems to deliver useful and elegant user experiences in the complex oncology diagnostic and therapeutic landscape.

The Software team seeks an experienced Senior Support Engineer who can help diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers and across other systems and services that interact with LIMS to facilitate lab operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 production support
  • Prioritizing workload and advancing technical problems where appropriate
  • Diagnosing, addressing, and following up on LIMS application issues
  • Driving process and automation improvements to optimize the support lifecycle
  • Performing root cause analysis and executing support escalation as needed
  • Building and maintaining How-To and Knowledge articles for end users and support teams
  • Initiating and leading technical design discussions within and across technical teams

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Application Support Specialist in a distributed team
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Relational database expertise (Oracle, MySQL or similar) and SQL skills
  • Good experience with ticketing software and workflows
  • Expertise with logging tools and operating systems

Our goal is to connect patients with clinical trials, help clinicians order our test and receive our clinical reports, and deliver valuable genomic datasets to researchers to uncover important insights into treatment paradigms and drug discovery.
