Job Opportunity: Technical Operations Specialist

The role of a Technical Operations Specialist is to provide critical support to our clinical trial platform technologies. This individual will act as a data scientist, bringing awareness to patterns and analytical insights. They will coordinate programming support to Clinical Study Teams and collaborate with Clinical Data Management to meet study deliverables and timelines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of our clinical trial platforms.
  • Act as a data scientist, identifying trends and patterns in complex data sets.
  • Provide programming support to Clinical Study Teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Data Management to ensure seamless integration of data management processes.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for systems deliverables on defined programs.
  • Develop and implement complex SAS edit checks according to specifications and test them for functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SAS programming expertise.
  • Experience in creating/editing check processes.
  • Strong understanding of performance management techniques.
  • Knowledge of drug development and clinical trials processes.
  • Data management processes.
  • Programming languages (e.g., SAS).
  • Project planning and management.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Quality management and Risk Analysis.
  • Regulatory filings and inspections.
  • Process improvement methodologies.
