Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Technical Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical operations and business analysis, with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

This is a challenging role that requires a high degree of analytical skill, problem-solving ability, and effective communication. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging technical skills such as data modeling and process mapping.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in a technical operations role, preferably with a focus on business analysis and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and common development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
