
Dairy Sector Growth Specialist

Job Overview:
As a dedicated customer advocate, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention in the dairy supply chain sector.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Sourcing new business opportunities and developing existing relationships to drive sales growth
• Providing market updates and implementing process changes to improve customer satisfaction
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to increase penetration and cross-selling
• Identifying and addressing delinquencies and rotations, as well as developing strategies for recovery
• Educating farmers on best practices and capacity building to drive business growth
• Developing and delivering training programs for Sales Officers/Handlers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Fostering strong relationships with retail branches and other stakeholders to drive business success
• Other responsibilities as required by the role
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduation in Agri Business (or related field) and/or MBA with specialization in Agri Business
• Strong sales and influencing skills, with experience in seed companies, fertilizer companies, agri-product companies, banks, dairy companies, dairy societies, BC companies, and NBFCs
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of competition and current trends in the financial industry
Benefits:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or sales experience in the mentioned sectors. Preferred candidates will have experience in banking/financial services.
