Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement and maintain our company's IT systems and infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy and configure enterprise systems (servers, storage, networks and cloud).
  • Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and documentation.
  • Implement virtualization and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Monitor and optimize performance of servers, databases and networks.
  • Perform upgrades, patches and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve escalations.
  • Implement security controls, firewalls and access management policies.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, data protection and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for system incidents and outages.
  • Train and guide junior IT staff.
  • Automate system tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Recommend and adopt emerging technologies to improve system efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Experience with server, network and cloud administration.
  • Knowledge of virtualization and cloud solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
